What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and FIAT vehicles
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting Stellantis manufacturer standards
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors on repairs and recommendations
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and professional work environment

  • Greet and build rapport with guests; deliver a consultative, pressure-free sales experience
  • Qualify customer needs, present vehicle options, and guide guests through test drives and financing
  • Negotiate and close deals while protecting margin and delivering exceptional value
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up with prospects, and build a referral pipeline
  • Collaborate with service, finance, and management for a seamless guest experience
